My main focus is the quality of Product and responding to the needs of clients. I love to facilitate Scrum trainings, as it is my way of showing its worth. I do it with easiness and humor, including multiple real-life stories, to help students understand the empiricism behind Scrum.

Very interesting, inspiring workshop. Magdalena Kucharska, our trainer, has great ability of obtaining knowledge from the class, rather than just lecturing people. We had a lot of fun and space for sharing our experience. Definitely recommend this course and trainer.
Very valuable training, lots of examples and exercises. I highly recommend the trainer!
Great experience! A lot of useful tasks, not enough time to make them deeply tho. Nevertheless I do recommend to everyone!
Magdalena is cheery, informative, motivated and very helpful. She's prepared with materials--the Mural she created is extensive and has all the basics in Scrum and the Product activity was engaging. The course itself was long and draining over 2 days, but she keeps it alive..
That was well-crafted training that left me with great understanding of the framework key concepts. We've gone through bit of theory and lots of exercises and even more discussions. Magda adjusted course of action to our experience and demands. She also gave some answers to never ending questions. Thank you! I recommend the trainer and the classes.
It was really nice training.
Enjoyable atmosphere during the training, valuable materials (not only from scrum), several case studies and an appealing sense of humor?
