EBM emphasizes customer value and systematic improvement through intentional experimentation.
In the one-day Professional Agile Leadership™ – Evidence-Based Management (PAL-EBM) course, participants engage in hands-on learning to understand and apply EBM. The course focuses on using empiricism for setting and adapting strategic goals, fostering a culture of self-management, shifting towards customer-centric metrics, and driving improvements with EBM's Key Value Areas.
*When offered in-person, this course is generally delivered in one day. When offered as a Live Virtual Class, it may be broken up into more, shorter days.
This course is suited for professionals in leadership roles, including executives, managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, coaches, and consultants, who are responsible for product delivery success or Agile transformations.
All participants completing the PAL-EBM course will receive a password for the PAL-EBM assessment. The industry-recognized PAL-EBM certification requires a minimum score of 85%. Participants not passing the initial assessment will be granted a second attempt at no additional cost within 14 days.
