Professional Agile Leadership Essentials™ (PAL-E) is a hands-on class for managers and leaders of agile teams, focusing on supporting, guiding, and coaching teams to foster agility. It includes a free attempt at the PAL I certification exam.

Course Overview

In this two-day class*, leaders learn the importance of changing management styles and organizational thinking to support agile teams. The course uses instruction and team-based exercises to guide leaders in creating an environment conducive to successful agile practices.

* When offered in-person, this course is generally delivered over two consecutive days. When offered as a Live Virtual Class, it may be broken up into more, shorter days.

Who Should Attend

This course is designed for leaders and managers responsible for the introduction and establishment of Agile methods in an organization, including:

  • Leaders sponsoring an Agile transformation
  • Managers responsible for developing people on Scrum teams
  • Leaders of Scrum Teams such as Scrum Masters and Product Owners

Professional Scrum Certification

All participants completing the PAL-E course will receive a password for the PAL I certification assessment. Those not passing the initial attempt will get a 2nd chance at no extra cost within 14 days.
