Professional Scrum Master™ II (PSM II) is a 2-day advanced class for Scrum Masters with at least one year of experience, aiming to deepen their expertise and effectiveness. The course includes a free attempt at the PSM II certification exam.
In this class, students explore advanced Scrum Master topics, focusing on different stances like Teacher, Coach, Mentor, and Change Agent, and their application for team and organizational success. The course emphasizes practical skills and real-world techniques for effective Scrum Mastery.
* When offered in-person, this course is generally delivered over two consecutive days. When offered as a Live Virtual Class, it may be broken up into more, shorter days.
This course is ideal for experienced Scrum Masters looking to enhance their knowledge and skills. It's particularly beneficial for those with at least one year of Scrum Master experience.
Participants completing the PSM II course receive a password for the PSM II assessment. A second attempt is provided at no additional cost for those who don't pass the initial attempt within 14 days. A 40% discount on the PSM III assessment is also available.
