Mentoring is a relational exchange between an experienced individual, known as a mentor, and a less experienced individual, referred to as a mentee. The primary goal of mentoring is to help the mentee gain the skills, confidence, and knowledge necessary to advance personally and professionally.
Unlike coaching, which often focuses on specific goals in a shorter, more structured period, mentoring involves long-term development where the mentor provides support, guidance, and sharing of experiences over a longer duration. This process benefits from the mentor's accumulated wisdom and insights into particular areas of expertise or life in general.

One meeting lasts from 1h to 1.5h. It depends on the mutual availability of schedules and the needs of the Mentee. We set all this up during the first contracting session.
Mentoring meetings last as long as it takes to achieve the Mentee's goal or until a decision is made to end earlier. From my practice, we usually meet from 4 to 6 times.
Meetings can be both online and in person. We meet every 2-3 weeks to allow time for homework and self-reflection.
We usually settle after each session. This element is also established during the first contracting session.
That happens :) Just let me know, and I may be able to offer another form of support.
Before starting, you should have a clear goal in mind for the mentoring. We'll discuss this goal together to ensure it's well-defined, and then we'll choose the right metrics to measure your progress. You should also be prepared to put in significant effort between our meetings, which will include completing any assigned homework.
